Visit Santa in his North Pole Christmas Grotto. Meet the magical Polar Bears and enjoy a stroll around our beautiful animal park and play on the adventure park equipment.
Children get a special Arctic fur animal toy from Santa along with other treats in their gift bag.

Entry to the Animal Park is included with this event, for children in possession of a valid Santa Grotto ticket.

Is Animal Park entry included with my ticket?
This event is based on the Animal Park, and entry is included with a valid Santa’s North Pole Grotto tickets for children only. All adults and other children must be in possession of a valid animal park ticket.
What age is this event suitable for?
All ages who believe in the magic of Christmas, and of course, you will need to be on the nice list!
I can no longer visit, can I get a refund?
All ticket sales are final, and we cannot offer refunds or amendments to bookings.
What is the cost for an adult?
Adult tickets are £9.95 per person.
How long will the experience take?
Access to the animal park is available from 09:00 until 15:30hrs and your time in the Grotto will be determined by the child’s conversation with Santa.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We are delighted to inform you that tickets for our Santa’s North Pole Christmas Grotto are now available for sale.
Our Elves and Santa are busy preparing for your visit, but we ask that you read the following information to ensure your visit is full of festive cheer.
Tickets purchased are valid for 1 child to enter the Grotto and the animal park between 09:00 and 15:00hrs. All adults and any additional children must be in possession of a valid day ticket to the animal park.
Children under 3 who are not seeing Santa, do not require a day ticket and will have free entry.
To avoid any disappointment, please arrive promptly for your timeslot as allocated on your ticket.
If you arrive late or outside your timeslot and the remainder of the event is fully booked, we will not be able to give you an alternative time slot.
This event is pre-dominantly outdoors so please wrap up warm for the occasion.
FREE Family Day Passes will be emailed to you before the New Year and are valid for up to 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children. Passes can not be exchanged for other items at Fairfield Animal Centre.

ANIMAL PARK
Our Animal Park is set in 15 acres of Southwick Country Park. Come and visit our animals including; Goats, Sheep, Pigs, Donkeys, Alpaca and much more. Don’t miss our awesome play areas too!
CAFE
Our newly refurbished Café serves breakfast, lunch, snacks, hot drinks and a range of homemade cakes and treats. We guarantee you’ll always find something to tempt you.
