DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

Yes, we do have limited free parking available on-site. On busy days, this can fill up quickly, so there is an over-flow car park within Southwick Country Park, and also parking along the main road adjacent to the Southwick Country Park entrance.

WHERE IS FAIRFIELD ANIMAL CENTRE?

Fairfield Animal Centre is based in Southwick Country Park just outside Trowbridge, Somerset. You can see directions on how to find us here.

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH?

Our Cafe is able to accept cash. All other facilities at Fairfield Animal Centre are card payments only.

what are your opening times?

We are open 7 days a week, including Bank Holidays (excluding the Christmas period)

ANIMAL PARK9:00 am – 16:00 pm (Last entry at 15:00 pm)

CAFE09:00 am – 16:30 pm (Hot food is served until 15:30 pm)

can you buy tickets online?

Yes, you can buy tickets online here.

do you allow dogs in your cafe and animal park?

Well-behaved dogs are allowed in our Cafe whilst on a lead. They are also allowed on our patio area beside our Cafe.

DO YOU HAVE A COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) POLICY?

do you accept card payments on-site?

Yes, we accept Visa and Mastercard, but we do not accept Diners or American Express. We do not have a cash machine on-site.

I'M FUNDRAISING FOR A CHARITY OR CAUSE, CAN YOU DONATE A PRIZE?

We love supporting local organisations where possible. Please email further details through to hncinfo@ffc.ac.uk.

is your car park free to use?

Our car park is free to use for those visiting our Cafe and Animal Park. Please be aware it is locked 30 minutes after our Cafe closes.

can you accommodate large groups visiting?

Yes, we are able to accommodate for large groups on-site, including birthday parties and school visits. Find out more here.

can i bring my own food?

We do allow picnics in our Animal Park, however, only food purchased on-site can be eaten in our Cafe.

can i smoke / vape at FAIRFIELD ANIMAL centre?

We ask that you do not smoke or Vape in our Cafe or Fairfield Animal Centre .

Why did you change your name from Hope Nature Centre?

We changed our name from Hope Nature Centre to better represent the inclusion of Fairfield Animal Centre into the Fairfield Trust, a charity supporting young adults with learning disabilities. Even though the name has changed, we’re still continuing to carry on the amazing work that Hope Nature Centre started.

Hope Nature Centre has been part of Fairfield Farm Trust for over 3 years, so we felt it was time to make it part of the Fairfield family!

Our Animal Park is set in 15 acres of Southwick Country Park. Come and visit our animals including; Goats, Sheep, Pigs, Donkeys, Alpaca and much more. Don’t miss our awesome play areas too!

Fairfield Animal Park is part of the Fairfield Farm Trust. The aims of the trust is to provide young adults with learning difficulties an opportunity to learn new skills for employment.
