This summer, we’re offering a number of fascinating activities in our Animal Park, including our brand-new Alpaca Walks, our popular Goat Walks, and our Birds, Bees, and Bugs Experience. Bookings are limited for each group to ensure a small hands-on experience, so be sure to book ahead of time if you want to join us!
Below we have detailed exactly what you can get involved with at Hope between July 25th and August 31st 2022.
Alpaca Walks (NEW FOR 2022)
Enjoy this unique experience, where you can meet our Alpacas and take them for a walk around our Animal Park. You will also be able to feed them in this exciting activity! Tickets include entry to our Animal Park for the day.
Goat Walks
Join one of our Goat walk experiences, where you’ll get the opportunity to give one of our goats a groom before having a stroll around our Animal Park. The experience includes Animal Park entry for the day, and a goat walk experience, with one goat per paying attendee.
Birds, Bees, and Bugs Experience
Enjoy a fascinating and educational experience, featuring a whole host of interesting birds, bees and bugs. This hour long experience sees you visit our new aviary, where you can learn about our feathered friends, as well as handle chicks and look for eggs. After that, you head to our beehives, where you can learn all about the importance bees and try our very own honey made on site.
We’ll finish off in our Woodland Walk, where we will learn all about the different bugs living in our ‘bug hotels’, as well as they are so important to the ecosystem, and see if you can win ‘Bug Bingo!’. Entry to the Animal Park is included for the day of your visit, and little ones also get a little treat and a bag of wild seeds once they’ve taken part.
