Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion will run from 1st July 2025 until 31st August 2025
2. Visit Fairfield Animal Centre any day between 1st July 2025 and 31st August 2025 and collect a loyalty card from the ticket office
3. Each time you visit during the promotional period you will receive a stamp on your card
4. Your card must be produced at the time of your visit to receive a stamp. Stamps cannot be added retrospectively
5. If you visit 3 times in the promotional period, you will be entitled to a 4th visit for free
6. Free visits must be redeemed by Friday 24th October 2025 inclusive.
7. You must produce the loyalty card at the ticket office to redeem your free visit
8. Free visits cannot be redeemed on 30th or 31st August 2025
9. Free visits cannot be booked online
10. Free visits cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion e.g. Toddler Tuesdays
11. Paid visits during the promotional period can be booked online and your loyalty card will be stamped upon entry to the centre
12. Loyalty cards will be available for adults (including seniors and adults with a disability), and children and must only be redeemed for the corresponding type of free ticket i.e child loyalty card may only be used for a free child visit
13. We cannot take responsibility for lost cards. The manager may replace your card, at their discretion, if you are able to produce evidence of online bookings or a receipt from the ticket office
