PRE-BOOK YOUR TICKETS ONLINE
Please be aware we have limited capacity in our Animal Park, and during busy periods tickets sell out days in advance. To guarantee entry, please pre-book your tickets online. We also have limited parking available, so once our capacity is reached we are unable to let more visitors into our Animal Park.
ONLINE BOOKINGS
We ask that you reserve a ticket online in advance before visiting Hope Nature Centre. As we are limiting capacity, by purchasing a ticket in advance you can guarantee entry for that day.
Once you’ve booked your ticket, you simply then show your it on your mobile device at our Animal Park entrance. You can book your ticket here.
CAR PARKING
We have limited free car parking on-site, but on busy days this does fill up quickly. There is an overflow car park in Southwick Country Park and also parking adjacent to the entrance of Southwick Country Park along the main road. We cannot reserve parking in advance.
PLAY EQUIPMENT
Our play equipment is open. We ask children to sanitise their hands before and after use. Hand sanitisation stations will be available near all play equipment.
CATERING
Café – Our Café is open daily.
Picnic Lodge – Our Picnic Lodge will be operating in the Animal Park, offering a range of hot and cold drinks, snacks and more. This is only accessible via our Animal Park, and will require a ticket to access the park.

ARE YOU OPEN?
Yes, our Animal Park and our Café are both open.
WHAT IF FEEL ILL OR HAVE SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19?
If you or one of your party have tested positive for COVID-19, we ask that you postpone your visit to us. All our tickets are non-refundable, but we can move tickets to another future date up to 6 weeks after the original booking date. This will only be applicable if we are given at least 24 hours notice prior to your booking.
Please carefully check your ticket terms and conditions before purchasing.
If you start to experience COVID-19 symptoms during your visit, we ask that you leave the premises and inform a member of staff by phone if possible.
HAVE YOUR OPENING TIMES CHANGED?
No, our opening hours remain the same.
WILL YOU BE TEMPERATURE CHECKING STAFF AND VISITORS.
We will not be checking temperatures, but we do ask to postpone your visit if you feel unwell.
WILL I HAVE TO WEAR A FACE-MASK
You are not required to wear a facemask, but some of our staff and trainees may choose to wear one if they wish.
