CONSTRUCTION UPDATES – 13.03.2021

It’s been another busy few weeks at Fairfield Animal Centre, with the team at Liddiard Builders working full steam ahead to get a variety of projects finished for when we re-open in just under a month.

Here are some updates on what’s been happening.

CAFE EXPANSION

The Café expansion is receiving a new floor, which is one the final stages before we can move back in. The utility areas back of house are also complete.

NEW OUTDOOR SEATING AREA

Our new outdoor seating area is now nearing completion. The new flooring is down, and we’re had our tractor themed play equipment arrive ready to be set up. Our new ‘Snack Box’ has arrived in position too, and will offer a variety of hot and cold drinks, snacks and sweet treats.

PLAY AREA EXPANSION

The one you’ve all been waiting for, an update on our exciting new Adventure Play expansion. Huge amounts of work have been undertaken to improve the drainage around the play area, to help make the area less muddy. The equipment is all in place, and we’re just in the process of finishing off the land work. It will be all ready for visitors when we’re able to re-open!
