ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Fairfield Farm Trust (operating Hope Nature Centre) and yourself.
CANCELLATIONS
All Annual Pass sales are final, and are non-refundable. We regret that once a payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded.
PRICES
Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.
ONLINE BOOKINGS
Please check all details carefully as we may not be able to rectify any errors if we are not notified of them prior to your visit.
Once purchased, tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
No ticket may be resold. Tickets will be invalidated if there is evidence of re-selling.
You are not required to print your booking. You can show your tickets on your device or print the email. We can also use your booking reference number, but this would also need to be produced with a form of identification to prove your purchase.

ANNUAL PASSES
Annual Passes allow entry for 1 year (365 days) based on our operating calendar. We reserve the right to close our Animal Park at any time due to force majeure and any other reasons beyond our control.
MISSUSE
You will be required to have your photo taken upon activation of your Annual Pass. If anyone but the named recipient of the voucher tries to use the pass for entry, this will not be allowed. If entry is gained by using passes that are not for the named recipent, we reserve the right to refuse entry and can cancel the recipents Annual Pass.

ANIMAL PARK
Our Animal Park is set in 15 acres of the Southwick Country Park. Come and visit our animals including; Goats, Sheep, Pigs, Donkeys and much more.
CAFE
Our Cafe serves breakfast, lunch, snacks, hot drinks and a range of homemade cakes. We guarantee you’ll always find something to tempt you.

We host a whole range of events in our Animal Park throughout the year. From Fun Days to Goat Walks, there’s always something exciting happening.
